We helped Amersham Biosciences define its large-scale
chromatography business.

When the separations business area of Amersham Biosciences was
developing its long-term strategic marketing plan, it asked The

recommendations. We conducted telephone interviews with key customers,
then followed up with a more quantitative mail survey. This research

business area.
